Here is a random Idea I just thought of;
A 2D side-scroller where you draw everything in the game. It is kind of like spore, in that you can create everything or you can use the stuff that came with the game. It would be for PC and Consoles. A drawing tablet could be used on both PC and consoles. A special drawing tablet could be made for the consoles much like the instruments for Rock Band or Guitar Hero.
In this game, you would be able to draw your hero, villain, baddies, NPCs, weapons, environments, and more. You can create your own little games and share them with the world, much like Spore and Little Big Planet. The game would also utilize a Webcam, PSeye and Xbox360 Camera to take pictures and import them into your world. You could also add images as well.
Of course with this kind of freedom, you will have people drawing all sorts of naughty things like genitals and other obscenities, but that is life. We all have freedom of choice and if you choose to view or not to view those things, thats your perogative. The game would obviously have a rating and reporting system. If someone finds something offensive they can report it and/or ban it from their game. On the flipside if you enjoy a level, you can 'favorite' it and give it a good rating.
Again, all these things have been done on Spore and LBP, but this game is all about drawing and art.
